Under the aegis of Gurmat Sangeet Chair, a Bhai Randhir Singh On-line Gurmat Sangeet Library has been established. In this library, a collection of Gurmat Sangeet Books, Research Papers, Research Articles and other relevant literature has been digitized and presented in a Website form. This was formally launched by Vice-Chancellor Dr. Jaspal Singh on 3rd December, 2010. The name of the website is www.gurmatsangeetlibrary.com

Another major achievement of this Chair is the establishment of an Archives of Music dedicated to Sant Sucha Singh which intends to preserve the musical traditions - Gurmat Sangeet, Classical Music, Folk Music and Sufi Sangeet. A vast collection of these various streams is being presented through this website. The Archives also contain some memorable interviews with renowned artists.
As an initial effort to promote the Gurmat Sangeet tradition, Punjabi University has also allocated land in the midst of beautiful natural surroundings to construct the Gurmat Sangeet Bhawan. With financial assistance from donors situated all over the world, the first phase of its construction has been successfully completed
